Add another to the long list of stars who want to free the nipple. Model Chrissy Teigen posted a topless photo from a recent W Magazine photo shoot on Instagram tonight, and it caused quite the frenzy. Or should we say is causing. The post received more than 45k likes in less than 45 minutes before it suddenly wasn’t there.
The model captioned the post with one word, ‘oops.’
Is it part of the #freethenipple campaign that has been gaining popularity on social media over the last year? Possibly. There was no #freethenipple hashtag but we think Chrissy definitely could have meant it as a statement, joining others like Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and both Scout and Rumer Willis.
After the post’s removal, Chrissy tweeted in response. Well, actually,  more like a challenge.
Challenge accepted! Okay, well, not by Instagram.
