NBC's prime-time hit Heroes is making a comeback and apparently so too is Vancouver's 2011 Stanley Cup riot.
An extended trailer for Heroes Reborn released Sunday at Comic-Con features a shot of the Vancouver riot to show protests around the world against so-called Evos â" humans with super powers.
Vancouver's cameo comes at 1:35 of the 3:23 trailer and covers about a second, but Vancouverites will clearly see the first car flipped over during the riot at the corner of Georgia and Hamilton.

The CBC building and fans in Vancouver Canucks jerseys are easily recognizable in the video that now has more than 8,000 subscribers.
According to the official website, the series' events will happen one year after a fictional terrorist attack in Odessa, Texas. The attack destroyed the city, and the government blamed those with extraordinary abilities for it.Â
In the trailer's Vancouver riot shot, the show's creators appear to have photo-shopped in signs featuring anti-Evo protesters.
The show's comeback has been awaited by fans who were left wanting more when it was cancelled mid-season in 2010 after a nearly four-year run.
